The Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), founded in 1967 by former England fast bowler Fred Rumsey as the Cricketers' Association, represents past and present first-class cricketers in England and Wales. In the 1970s, the PCA established a standard employment contract and minimum wage for professional cricketers. It also helped create a pension scheme in 1995 and launched the magazine All Out Cricket and the ACE UK Educational Programme in 2002.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and hard working cricket coach wishing to develop a career in coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a strong playing and coaching history (ECB Level 2 minimum) with a desire to be a positive and active part of a small cricket coaching business.

The role includes:

  • Term time coaching on an after school cricket programme at an excellent Prep School.
  • Lead coaching role at a newly formed Cricket Development Centre
  • Various weekly coaching sessions for local cricket clubs.
  • Opportunity to coach on Cricket Camps throughout the year
  • 1:1 & Small Group Coaching.

Location: In and around Elmbridge area of Surrey.

The work is based in excellent venues with outstanding facilities and the role will offer substantial hours throughout the year. Self motivation and a good rapport with fellow staff and children are vital to become a successful candidate.
