Overall Role:
To oversee all on field cricket activities.
Duties to include but not limited to;
- Club training one evening a week (Likely Tuesday or Wednesday)
- Premier league training one evening a week (Thursday)
- 10-week pre-season indoor training programme prior to the 23rd April – 1 evening a week
- Saturday morning pre-season 10-week indoor training programme.
- Match day warm up sessions for league games and applicable cup fixtures for the 1st team
- Development of players across the club
- To maintain the high standards already set at the club
Person Specification:
- An ECB Level 3 or similar coaching certification. Lower accreditation will be considered for the right applicant.
- The ability to demonstrate the relevant experience and qualities for the role
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach for all abilities
- The ability to play for our 1st team is not essential, however it would be a bonus
Remuneration:
- A very competitive salary based upon skills, experience and agreed upon hours.
- To Include mileage expenses at the applicable rate where necessary.

The Professional Cricketers’ Association (PCA), founded in 1967 by former England fast bowler Fred Rumsey as the Cricketers’ Association, represents past and present first-class cricketers in England and Wales.
