Head Coach – Heaton Mersey CC
HMCC is looking for a Head Coach to run senior practice on a Thursday night and also offer additional training for our junior section; primarily to our U19 players, U13 Academy team, U11 Academy team and girls Academy team.
The role, beginning at the start of the 2022 cricket season, will include:
- Lead coaching sessions for older junior age groups and the senior section;
- Lead coaching sessions for smaller groups of academy players;
- Share ideas and best practice with our full coaching staff;
- Collaborate with Senior’s Selection Committee to consult on selection issues and identify
talented junior plays for the junior pathway; - Availability to play on the first team desirable but not essential;
- Offer private coaching for members; and,
- Organise holiday camps for junior section in the holiday months.
