Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for Captaining the 1st XI squad and assisting with training
- To manage the Ladies Griffins Surrey Slam team
- Assist with the recruitment of players
- Working closely with the Director of Ladies & Girls Coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality cricket coaching including assessing and developing the Ladies, producing and delivering session plans and assisting with general planning throughout the season
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an ECB Level 2 Coach
- Have First Class playing experience
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Check and all relevant Safeguarding and First Aid Qualifications
- Be passionate about improving female cricketers from a wide range of abilities, ages and backgrounds
Additional opportunities:
- 1-2-1 Coaching throughout year. Delivery of 1-2-1 specialist sessions based on demand
- To be a performance coach in the Junior section
