The Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), founded in 1967 by former England fast bowler Fred Rumsey as the Cricketers' Association, represents past and present first-class cricketers in England and Wales. In the 1970s, the PCA established a standard employment contract and minimum wage for professional cricketers. It also helped create a pension scheme in 1995 and launched the magazine All Out Cricket and the ACE UK Educational Programme in 2002.

Issue 32 of the PCA membership magazine looks at the global game.

The 32nd issue of Beyond the Boundaries, the PCA’s membership magazine, is available to read online.

The front cover of the 72-page magazine features England Women’s captain and PCA Vice Chair Heather Knight as we acknowledge the vital work she does in boardrooms as well as on the pitch in a feature length interview.

The magazine provides an update on the EDI survey completed by current players from the 2022 season with an introduction to current priorities from EDI Director Donna Fraser.

Personal Development Manager Tom Jones looks at career exploration and how to best transition out of the game when the time comes.

There is also an exclusive interview with England and Yorkshire’s Harry Brook, a look into the England teams with Rob Key and Jonathan Finch, as well as the opportunity to cycle from London to Paris raising money for the Professional Cricketers’ Trust.

Read all of that and more, including many well-loved regular features focusing on current and former cricketers from across the PCA membership.
