Professional Cricketers Association
The Professional Cricketers' Association (PCA), founded in 1967 by former England fast bowler Fred Rumsey as the Cricketers' Association, represents past and present first-class cricketers in England and Wales. In the 1970s, the PCA established a standard employment contract and minimum wage for professional cricketers. It also helped create a pension scheme in 1995 and launched the magazine All Out Cricket and the ACE UK Educational Programme in 2002.

Issue 33 of the PCA membership magazine explores player representation.

The 33rd issue of Beyond the Boundaries, the PCA’s membership magazine, is available to read online.

The front cover of the 72-page magazine features current players from across the PCA membership highlighting how the Association represents its members and strives to ensure their wants and needs are met. Read the exclusive feature exploring contract negotiations with Joe Root and Nat Sciver-Brunt.

The magazine explores the process of restorative justice as Vice Chair Anuj Dal bravely tells his story of receiving racist comments online.

Personal Development Manager Tom Jones looks at the complex theme of identity and finding a purpose away from the game.

There is also a look back at an Ashes summer to remember, all the action from the 54th cinch PCA Awards, the PCA England Legends trip to Jersey and the phenomenal fundraising efforts of all the riders on the London to Paris Bike Ride for the Professional Cricketers’ Trust.

Read all of that and more, including many well-loved regular features focusing on current and former cricketers from across the PCA membership.
