Balochistan’s Fahad Iqbal has been fined 25 per cent of his match fee for a level 1 offence for breaching the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel during his side’s Cricket Associations Championship (three-day event) match against Sindh at the Saeed Ajmal Academy in Faisalabad on Wednesday.

Fahad was found to have violated Article 2.21 of the PCB Code of Conduct, which reads as: “Conduct that brings the game into disrepute.”

On-field umpires Muhammad Sajid and Kashif Sohail levelled the charge, who accepted the sanction proposed by match-referee Aleem Moosa.
