We are looking for an IT Support Officer who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees. Ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related role.
Skills & Competencies Required:
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Systems and Office Applications.
• Experience on setting up Laptops / Desktops with installation of OS and applications.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of computer networks both Wired and Wireless.
• Expertise on the configuration of Wired/Wireless Routers. Understanding of Next Generation Firewalls will be an added plus.
• Cloud Computing Knowledge will be preferred especially Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform. Plus, knowledge of Hosting Services Plesk / WHM or Cloud Platforms AWS/Azure/Google will be an added plus.
• Hands-on experience for Users’ Systems and Technical Support. Ability to understand and troubleshoot Hardware/Software problems with quick solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Email Server architect will be an added plus.
• The ideal candidate should have abilities to prioritise workload, problem-solving techniques, and work well in a team and excellent communication skills.
