Sanghar fined for maintaining slow over-rate

Sanghar have been fined PKR10,000 for maintaining a slow over-rate during their U19 City Cricket Association Tournament 2021-22 match against Shaheed Benazirabad at the Bilawal Cricket Stadium, Shaheed Benazirabad on Tuesday.

Sanghar were one over short of their target after taking into account time allowances and, as such, were charged under Article 2.22 of the PCB Code of Conduct for Players and Players Support Personnel that deals with minimum over-rate offences.

On-field umpires Abdul Moqeet and Muhammad Kaleem levelled the charge.
