What they might want:
Last season’s runners-up have the biggest purse available and the most slots to fill at the Betway SA20 Season 2 auction. The Capitals will therefore be the busiest of all teams looking to bolster a squad that can clear one further hurdle next season. They have managed to hold on to the prolific Will Jacks, but have released Phil Salt and Kusal Mendis leaving a vacancy for a high-quality top-order batter amongst other potential new signings.

First held in the 2023 season, the league features six city-based teams. Sunrisers Eastern Cape won the first two editions of the tournament.
