Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is the governing body for cricket in Sri Lanka. Originally registered as the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka on June 30, 1975, it was renamed Sri Lanka Cricket in 2003.

  • Sri Lanka Greats XI vs Team Sri Lanka to play a T20 Game 

Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to inform you that a Charity game has been organized between Sri Lanka Greats XI and Team Sri Lanka, which will be played on the 04th May 2021 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. 

The funds raised out of the proposed T20 game will be directed to help Sri Lanka’s response towards fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

Sri Lanka Greats XI will comprise former legendary Sri Lankan cricketers, including the players from the team, which won the 1996 Cricket World Cup. 

The ‘Team Sri Lanka’ will comprise players representing the National, Emerging, and Development Squads of Sri Lanka Cricket. 

The T20 game will commence at 07.00 pm at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium and will be shown live, both in Sri Lanka and overseas.
