Indian fans can watch the fourth season of GT20 Canada exclusively on Star Sports. The action begins on July 25 with a match between the Vancouver Knights and the Toronto Nationals, featuring Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Following the opener, there will be 10 double-header match days, totaling 21 league games over 13 days (from July 25 to August 6), plus four playoff games beginning August 9. The final is set for August 11.
Double-header action kicks off with the Bangla Tigers Mississauga, led by Shakib Al Hasan, against the 2023 champions, Montreal Tigers, led by Chris Lynn, followed by the Brampton Wolves, featuring David Warner, versus the Surrey Jaguars, with Marcus Stoinis, on July 26.
Gurmeet Singh Bhamrah of Bombay Sports noted that India’s cricket-centric audience and Star Sports’ status as the home of cricket make this collaboration significant.
