Sixers teenager Emma Hughes has received her first NSW Breakers contract.
The 19-year-old pace bowler was one of three new faces in the Breakers 2020/21 squad announced on Thursday including Brisbane Heat pace bowler Sammy-Jo Johnson and batter Anika Learoyd, 18.
Hughes potential was identified last season when signed to her first professional contract by the Sixers.
Super stars Alyssa Healy and Ashleigh Gardner headline eight other Sixers on the Breakers contract list including Erin Burns, Stella Campbell, Lauren Cheatle, Maddy Darke, Hayley Silver-Holmes and Lauren Smith.
