The Sydney Thunder is an Australian professional cricket team competing in the Big Bash League (BBL). Based at Sydney Showground Stadium, the Thunder, along with the Sydney Sixers, succeeded the New South Wales Blues from the defunct KFC Twenty20 Big Bash.

All proceeds to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement initiatives

Sydney Thunder is committed to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Thunder Nation.

Through the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander T20 Cup, the club strives to provide opportunities for young Indigenous people, celebrate culture and promote connection to community.

Through the Cricket NSW Foundation, Sydney Thunder is auctioning memorabilia and exclusive experiences to support the running of this year’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander T20 Cup.

The funds will also support the running of Sport, Health, Opportunity and Wellbeing (SHOW) Camps, in conjunction with the NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group.

The auction closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday 17 August 2020.
