If you love The Hundred, and you love Minions, then you’re in luck this summer.

The Hundred has partnered with Minions ahead of the 2022 competition and we couldn’t be more excited! The first match of this year’s competition is at The Ageas Bowl on Wednesday 3 August between Southern Brave and Welsh Fire.

This partnership represents everything that The Hundred is about: a fun, family atmosphere in our eight venues, appealing to a younger audience and getting them engaged in cricket.

During the competition, the Minions will be causing their usual mayhem and havoc at selected matches around each of the eight venues. Keep an eye out for them for selfies!

The Minions 2: The Rise of Gru film will be out in cinemas on Friday 1 July.

As part of the partnership, the Minions will feature in an explainer video for The Hundred. The video will be released to explain the rules of The Hundred and prepare supporters with everything they need to know ahead of the competition starting!
