The Fidelity Titans are made up of talented and dedicated players who have passion for the game and are committed to excellence. The team have retained and contracted a very strong squad that will be able to be competitive in all formats. They are in for a season full of incredible opportunities.

Given the development and progress of players in the women’s squad, the Titans are ready to face the upcoming season with optimism and a desire to advance to the next level.

Masabatha Klaas, Anneke Bosch and Laura Wolvaardt will make up a powerful trio of Momentum Protea stars joining the Daisy Ladies for the 2023/2024 season.

“It is going to be a fantastic opportunity for the ladies in the squad to learn from players that have been competing at the very top of the game” says Fidelity Titans head coach Byron Fraser. “They will provide a variety of skills to the team and share in the wealth of knowledge that they have.”

The Titans in the 50 Over tournament in 2022/2023 got off to a strong start but were unable to continue with that form when injuries struck their camp. “We had a T20 tournament to forget last season struggling from the start, and many lessons were learned from the previous season”, says Charlotte Serwadi, Cricket Services Manager at Titans Cricket.

Serwadi, believes that the team has completed its rebuilding process and is now prepared to compete in all formats. The ladies are pleased that there are no departures from the squad ahead of the 2023/2024 season.

Fraser further explains that “everyone will naturally be pulled along with the excellence that the new additions to the team will bring. We are fortunate to have their experience and talents and it will make us better going forward”.

Titans CEO Dr Jacques Faul had this to say “Fantastic talent has been added to the team by Coach Byron. We are thrilled to have the three highly talented cricket players join us and are certain that their presence will have a significant impact on the forthcoming season. The Daisy Ladies are fortunate that no one will be departing, and I wish them the best of luck for the upcoming season”.
