The USA Cricket Nominating & Governance Committee (NGC) has been asked by the USA Cricket Board (USAC) to resume and complete the paused 2020 USAC Elections (see here for background).

The NGC is currently putting together lists of vote-eligible members for the elections of the USA Cricket Board Club Director and the USA Cricket Board Individual Director.  In doing so, the NGC has learned that several Club records are currently incomplete in the Membership database, with important information unentered.  The Membership Manager has already attempted to contact the clubs and the leagues that they primarily belong to, to get missing information from affected Clubs.  In order to expedite this, the NGC is setting December 31, 2021, 23:59 US PST as the deadline by which the missing Club information should be provided to the Membership Manager via email at membership@usacricket.org. Failure to do so may result in Clubs with missing information becoming ineligible to vote in the delayed 2020 elections. Your prompt cooperation is therefore appreciated.

Looking ahead, the NGC plans to publish the lists of vote-eligible individual members and clubs for peer review, at some point in January 2021 as the next step in the delayed 2020 elections process.
