USA Cricket
USA Cricket (USAC) is the governing body for cricket in the United States, overseeing the national men's, women's, and youth teams. It also manages Major League Cricket, the premier domestic Twenty20 competition in the U.S.

With a busy summer of cricket now in full swing, USA Cricket wishes to confirm that the following events have been formally sanctioned pursuant to the regulations which govern the sanctioning of domestic events

  • Major League Cricket
  • Minor League Cricket
  • Unity Cup 2023
  • Houston Open T20 Tournament 2023
  • USPL
  • DYCL Independence Cup 2023
  • American Premier League
  • St. Louis Women’s Open – 2023
  • St. Charles Women Cricket Festival – 2023

USA Cricket is working towards keeping up to date a full list of all official cricket played in the United States that it has been sanctioned under the regulations. Please visit the ‘Approved Cricket‘ Section of the website to check whether any particular competition or event has formally been approved by USA Cricket.

As the domestic sanctioning process continues to evolve, USA Cricket also takes the opportunity to once again remind event organizers, match officials, administrators and players that unless an event has formally been approved, either through the deemed approval process set out in the regulations or otherwise pursuant to an application, then any such event is technically classified as ‘unofficial cricket’ pursuant to the ICC’s regulations.

Failure to comply with USAC sanctioning policy knowingly or unknowingly, including participating in unapproved events, can lead to, and is not limited to disqualification/ineligibility to participate in any USAC regional, national, or international cricket events.
