Bio
Holly Masters is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the McGrath Foundation, and has served this capacity since October 2017.
Prior to joining the McGrath Foundation, she was the Vice President and General Manager of Clinique Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
Masters has extensive experience in building and developing brands across many sectors such as FMCG, retail, beauty, media and telecommunications.
Masters is a dynamic leader, who is known for her highly organized approach, and has managed many other famous beauty brands in Australia, including Jo Malone and Molton Brown. She also co-founded Mission21, a marketing and communications agency in London.
Masters is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a member of the Chief Executive Women – a mutual passion among women to get a fairer deal for women leaders – and a Chair of the Leaders for IMPACT Network in Greater Sydney Hub.
Masters received a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Birmingham in 1991.
