Bio

James Rosengarten is currently serving as the General Manager of Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League, a role he has been performing since July 2021. He also serves as a Member of the Global Institute of Sport in Industry Advisory Board at University Campus of Football Business (UCFB).

Prior to working in cricket, Rosengarten worked for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation as General Counsel and General manager. Previously, he worked for several years for Mazda Australia. 

Rosengarten is a lawyer by practice, having completed a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Monash University in 2005 with an Honors Grade. He started off practicing as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills in February 2006, where he worked for over 2 years.

Rosengarten also holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance from Monash University.
