Bio
Jonathan Neil “Jonty” Rhodes is a South African Coach, Commentator and former International cricketer.
Regarded as one of the greatest fielders of all time, he represented the South African Cricket Team for 11 years from 1992 to 2003. Rhodes also played club cricket in South Africa for the University of Natal, English first-class cricket for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, and franchise cricket for the Hollywoodbets Dolphins.
Rhodes has held many coaching roles after his retirement, most notably spending 9 years with Mumbai Indians as their fielding coach. He is currently looking after Sweden cricket as the national coach while also serving as the assistant coach of Punjab kings in the IPL.
A versatile athlete, Rhodes also represented South Africa as part of the national field hockey team.
Rhodes previously had experience in finance, having worked as
an Account Executive post at the Standard Bank.
