Bio
Kaustubh Jha is a marketer who is currently the Head of Assets, Influencers and Partnerships for India and SouthWest Asia at the Coca-Cola company. He has held this role since June 2021.

Previously, he worked for Kolkata Knight Riders as Head of Marketing.

Jha worked for over 3 years at ESPN, where he managed the re-entry of the ESPN brand in India and was behind the launching of SONY ESPN in collaboration with SONY Pictures Network. Jha also developed marketing strategies for all sports properties and events while at ESPN.

Jha previously worked MTV’s in the marketing department, where was responsible for developing partnerships, media planning and strategic alliances to give life to brand positioning.

Jha was the Media Planner and Buyer at Lodestar Universal from May 2010 to September 2011, where he closely monitored and understood the media environment to ensure consistent updates to clients on recent developments and changes.

Jha has won awards for MTV including a Gold medal for the best integrated marketing by PROMAX India in 2014.

Jha was also behind the launching of WWF’s global project, Earth Hour in India, when he volunteered for the World Wildlife Fund as a Project Consultant.

Jha has Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with specialization in Communications Management, Entrepreneurship and Brand Management.
