Bio
Mubashshir Usmani is currently the General Secretary of the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB). He was appointed in July 2018.
Usmani is tasked with promoting the further development of ECB’s relationships in the International Cricket Community and also providing support to the ECB management and Board in implementing the board’s strategic plans domestically and internationally.
Usmani has also been a member of the Chief Executive Committee (CEC) of the International Cricket Council as UAE’s representative.
Usmani has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) specializing in Business / Commerce from University of Mumbai in 2007.
