Bio

Richard Done is an Australian cricket administrator, coach and a former player, who played first class cricket for New South Wales (NSW).

Done served USA Cricket as Cricket Operations Director from 2020 to Dec 2022.

Done spent 9 years as a senior coach at the Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy in Australian Sports Commission – AIS, where he worked with Glenn McGrath, Brett Lee, Jason Gillespie, Michael Kasprowicz as a fast bowling coach.

Done also worked as Head Cricket Coach at Queensland Academy of Sport for 5 years before taking up the position of High Performance Manager for the Global Development of the Sport with the International Cricket Council. His role at the ICC was to bridge the gap between the top Associate Nations and the Full members of the ICC through various tournaments.

Done received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Coaching and Sports Administration from University of Canberra in 1985.
