Bio
Zaheer Abbas was announced as the President of Pakistan Super League franchise Peshawar Zalmi in November 2017 by owner Javed Afridi. This came after Abbas served for one year as the President of the ICC.
An iconic Pakistani cricketer, Zaheer Abbas is known as the “Asian Bradman” for his batting exploits. He earned the Pride of Performance Award in 1971 from the Government of Pakistan and was inducted into ICC Cricket Hall of Fame in 2020.
